She is a witch- social media user attacks little girl who caused teacher's arrest

- A class three pupil has reportedly caused the arrest of her teacher for giving her three strokes of the cane

- According to the report, she immediately stormed out of the class to lodges a complaint at the Kronum Police Station

- Some social media users have shared their thoughts on the incident

Corporal punishment in schools these days have become unheard of as the Ghana Education Service (GES) has called for a ban on canning and other forms of punishments in school.

These is however a worrying situation as most individuals would agree that the Bible clearly states that, “Spare the rod and spoil the child”.

Most teachers as a result of this directive from the Ghana Education Service have however adopted to turning a blind eye whenever students are going wayward.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported an incident where a class three pupil lodged a complaint and later caused the arrest of her teacher for lashing her.

Social media users have gone 'crazy' as they think this is uncalled for, unnecessary and not a step in the right direction.
