It has been a year already since young Kumawood actress, Clara Benson popularly known as Maame Serwaa, lost her mother.
To mark the first anniversary of her mother's death, the young star actress has taken to social media to share a photo of herself with the late mother.
Accompanying the photo was an emotional message expressing how much she misses her mother.
“It been a year since you passed away the way I miss you is different now I hope you know how much you meant to us I still think about you every day I just love and miss you in my own special war,” she wrote.
Maame Serwaa's mother, Rose Benson as reported by YEN.com.gh, died on December 6, 2017, after a short illness.
The actress who was in Accra planning a mega children’s program had to rush Kumasi upon hearing the death as she was devastated by the news.
Ever since the death of Mama Rose, as her mother was affectionately, Maame Serwaa has on multiple occasions expressed her sadness though she seem to have moved on.
Mama Rose left behind three children with Maame Serwaa being a girl between two boys.
Meanwhile, in other news, fellow Kumawood star, Lil Win has been spotted watching a football game at the famous Old Trafford stadium in England.
In a video sighted on YEN.com.gh, Lil Win was seen among the crowd right before Wednesday's match between Manchester United and Arsenal.
Wearing a black jacket with a Ghana-branded paraphernalia around his neck, Lil Win he could be heard saying 'ɛgya da mu' which means 'it is on fire' as the Manchester United 'Glory Glory' anthem blazed through the stadium's public address system.
