The fight will be Dogboe's second defence of his WBO World super bantamweight belt.
Dogboe snatched the title from Jessie Magdaleno back in April 2018 and defended it on August 25 with a first-round knockout over Hidenori Otake.
Ahead of the fight, Dogboe has promised to defend his belt by destroying Navarette in the ring.

"No matter what, I'm defending my belt. Navarette is a good boxer, no doubt about it, but I will tame him," he said.
"I will destroy him and I will do exactly that because my eyes is on a unification fight."
The former Olympian added that he wanted to be known as the first boxer from Africa to become a Pay Per View star.
