I have never met Medikal before; I can’t be his 'side-chic' – Samira

Reports went haywire that a lady called Samira was a ‘side-chic’ or secret girlfriend of rapper Medikal.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported how a chat leaked between Samira and Medikal warning him that he must choose between her and Fella.

However, in a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Samira has dismissed the reports and rumours, saying that she had never dated Medikal and so there was nothing between them.

According to her, she had not even met the rapper in person, so there was no way they could have dated.

Rather confusing, Samira said the leaked chat between them was true, and this would make one wonder if they never dated, or she had not met him in person as she claimed in the video, then what was the meaning of “it’s either me or her” as contained in the leaked chat.

“Hello everyone, there are news going on about me and I want to clear the air. News going on about me being Medikal’s girlfriend, being his ‘side-chick’, about me being the lady Medikal is chasing, guys I want to clear the air.”

“I have never dated Medikal before so I will never ever be his ex-girlfriend. I have never had any physical contact with him so I can never be his ‘side-chick’. I have never met him before although the chats are real,” Samira said.

She further appealed to Ghanaians to stop using her photos for the purposes of spreading such false rumours about her so that "her name can rest".

It is expected that her views on the matter would lay it to rest so that Fella Makafui and Medikal can enjoy their new love affair.

Fella, in another report by YEN.com.gh, wrote a juicy love letter to Medikal which was also emotional, to celebrate him.

Fella thanked God for bringing Medikal into her life describing him with sugar-coated words.

The young actress has been widely reported to be behind the sour break-up of Medikal and his former girlfriend, Sister Derby.

Until she came into the scene, the two had enjoyed a peaceful relationship with Deborah expressing her deep desire to marry Medikal and raise a family with him.
