According to the independentghana.com, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Social Science.
Sedem often carries two bags filled with a variety of home-made pastries and drinks, and walks down the halls of the University of Ghana.

He then calls out the names of the baked products, which include meat pie, spring rolls, pancakes and samosa.
Sedem opens up about how his father's death, although painful, made his baking business come alive. “The demise of my dad was a trigger. It was then I decided to go all out," he revealed.
According to him, his father passed away two days after his birthday, and he received some amount of money before the man lost his life.
Overtime, he won for himself students on campus who will do anything to see him thrive in his small business.
