The National Women Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party; Madam Kate Gyamfua said Ghanaians should desist from complaining about the system claiming there is hardship in Ghana.
Madam Gyamfua made the comment while speaking to market women at Atonsu in Kumasi during the second Lady Samira Bawumia's tour of the Ashanti Region.
She made the remark in answer to issues concerning hardship under the current NPP government which some Ghanaians were complaining about.
The Women Organizer had a different opinion about the hardship allegation, claiming Ghana's economy is not in limbo, instead the Nana Akufo-Addo-led government is doing a marvelous job and implementing good policies.
"Some people are complaining that the country is hard but that is not true. Instead Ghana is hard for those who are lazy" Madam Gyamfua said.
According to Madam Gyamfua, governance is not only about building roads but also about implementing social policies that will improve the lives of Ghanaians such as Free Senior High School, Planting for food and jobs, Nation Builders Corps (NABCo) and a host of others.
"President Akufo-Addo as a visionary leader will continue to implement good policies to make the life of Ghanaians better so Ghanaians should stop complaining and support the government to deliver" she added.
Madam Kate Gyamfua however told the market women not to vote for the opposition NDC during the 2020 general elections since the NDC is bringing nothing on board but instead was coming to create, loot and share like they did previously while in power.
