Ghanaian politicians are known for making hefty promises during electioneering periods to get the attention of the electorates to vote for them.
After almost two years in office, the Akufo-Addo government has received a lot of criticisms from the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), saying most of their campaign promises had not seen the light of day.
Meanwhile supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), have argued that the president had delivered most of his campaign promises to the good people of Ghana.

Since governance is all about accountability to citizens, YEN.com.gh earlier conducted a poll to find out whether Ghanaians want the erstwhile Mahama administration back or intend to re- vote incumbent Akufo–Addo administration in 2020.
However 52% of Ghanaians voted for Akufo-Addo to continue with his good works
Some social medial users took to YEN.com.gh's Facebook page to give interesting views about the said question.
Anthony believes that both should not be voted come 2020. According to him, the country needs a new president.
Ofori said he would rather not exercise his franchise because it won’t reflect in his pocket.

Peter said he would rather vote for Akuffo Addo because of his good policies.
Nana Kwame believes Mahama is not an alternative even if Akufo – Addo was under-performing.
Ohemeng believes Akufo Addo needs a second term.
Kakraba believes Akufo – Addo is one of the best presidents Ghana could ever have.
