Rich Ghanaians who lost their businesses in 2018
2018 is not a good year for some rich Ghanaians who lost their businesses.
These Ghanaians were regarded as business moguls due to how they managed their firms.
But as everybody thought everything was going on well for these businessmen they saw their companies collapsed
They couldn’t safe their multi-million cedi companies from collapsing.

1. Nana Appiah Mensah
He is the owner of Menzgold, a gold trading firm. Currently the company is tatters following the Security and Exchange Commission directives.
Menzgold has been ordered to halt operations and they have asked to refund the monies they took from their customers.
Due to the current predicament facing the firm all workers have been asked to proceed on leave.

2. Dr. Kwabena Duffuor
The well respected banker saw his company, uniBank, collapsed. In announcing the collapse of uniBank, Bank of Ghana governor, Dr. Addison, indicated that the bank was under capitalised and that the bank was beyond rehabilitation.
3. Mike Nyinaku
Mike Nyinaku, who owns Beige Bank lost his company after it was closed by the Bank of Ghana (BoG)
According to BoG, Beige Bank obtained their license by false pretences through the use of suspicious and non-existent capital.
Nyinaku was later arrested after allegedly selling bank’s properties.
