According to the self-acclaimed anti-corruption activist, the facility was left bare by the government because he claimed it was built by the Mahama led government.
He added that when commissioned, the hospital would provide employment to a number of individuals in the country.
Some facebok users have come out strong in defense of what he terms as neglect of the NDC's completed project by the NPP.
Kojo believes that just like other institutions this institution needs a strong board to run its affairs.
Asomani said the hospital was not constructed by any government and that it was the bank's decision to keep it running or otherwise
Amponsah also believes the bank solely owns the right to run the facility
However, the Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Ernest Addison, told Citi News in January 2018 that the Board of the Bank was yet to take a decision on what it considered an appropriate management model for the BoG Hospital.
