The items included a motorbike, GHC500 and keys to Gideon’s room. They also destroyed the fader of the console in the studio.

Haruna was subsequently subjected to verbal attacks by people who described his conduct as a “blatant disregard for the authority of the radio station.”

Gideon, narrating his ordeal, said he felt traumatized by the incident.

According to him, he was on air and presenting his show when Haruna, who is his former manager, stormed the studio with four other men and began to rain insults on him.

He recounted he was on air that fateful morning for his usual morning show when his former manager together with four(4) young men banged into the on-air studio and started raining strong words on him.

Gideon explained that the motorbike belonged to him, as it was given to him during his days at Nkilgi FM.

He added that he was told it was his, and that he was to register it in his name, as the station had no intentions of taking it back.

Together with his station manager, he has reported the matter to the police, and is demanding a return of the motorbike which was taken by the attackers.

Meanwhile, a medical report indicates the victim sustained minor injuries on his chest and hand.
