Ghanaians angrily react to video of EC official allegedly rigging elections

YEN.com.gh has sighted a video of a man thumb printing ballot papers which is believed to be ballot papers from the proposed referendum of the new regions.

As to whether or not the man was voting Yes or No , YEN.com.gh could not verify.

The real problem here was that the man was violating the electoral process by thumb printing several ballot papers which was tantamount to rigging.

Former Deputy Communication Minister believes that this was not right as he blames everything on the Electoral commission .

The former minister described the situation as a clear unprecedented incompetence on the part of the electoral commission.
