Sarkodie annoints Stonebwoy as the artiste who is taking Ghana to the world

Rapper Sarkodie has moved to praise Stonebwoy as an artiste on the right path to putting Ghana on the international music map. The "Original" singer was on stage at Stonebwoy's Bhim Concert on December 28, 2018.

The award-winning rapper shocked everyone when instead of giving a freestyle, chose to acknowledge the hard work of Stonebwoy.

He called on Ghanaians and Africans to support Stonebwoy's push for good music.

Sarkodie described Stonebwoy as a musician making history and selling Ghana to the rest of the world.

This is especially surprising considering just a year ago, most people would have bet Sarkodie was a bigger fan of Stonebwoy's 'nemesis', Shatta Wale.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that one of the highlights of the programme was when a man said to be based in Dubai and a friend of Emmanuel Adebayor surprised Stonebwoy by gifting him $50,000 on stage.

This was one of the best moments every musician or artiste will love to enjoy.

The young man's real name is currently unknown. But in the course of the show, he just climbed on to the stage and made his gift announcement.
