The 'self-acclaimed' King of African Dancehall Shatta Wale known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah is in trouble again for yet another 'concert fiasco'.
The 'My Level' hitmaker was billed to perform at this year's Bliss On The Hills concert held at Kwahu-Abetifi in the Eastern Region.
ogether with other top Ghanaian Reggae Dancehall acts like Samini, Stonebwoy, Knii Lante, Jupiter, Wendy Shay, Ras Kuuku, Rudebwoy Ranking and Jamaican-American Reggae singer Tarrus Riley, Shatta Wale was to thrill patrons of the much attended event.

But to the utter dismay of organizers and patrons standing in the cold at Kwahu-Abetifi on the nigh of December 29, the 'Champion' artist did not show up.
As at 4:00am after all artists billed for the concert have performed, fans were waiting patiently and yearning to jam to undoubtedly Ghana's most popular artiste of the moment.
It all turn out to be a dust thrown in the air because their expectations were not met since the 'Dancehall King' hitmaker did not mount the stage to thrill fans to his hits.
At about 4:30 when all hope was lost, Member of Parliament for Kwahu-East; Hon. Bryan Acheampong who sponsored the second edition of the 5 day event mounted the stage to announce that Shatta Wale was not going to perform.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh on the Instagram page of Nkonkonsa.com, the MP was seen talking to the patrons of the much attended concert.
Meanwhile Shatta Wale was billed for the same event last year which he turned up and performed successfully.
