Aubameyang, Lacazette score as Arsenal return to winning ways with 4-1 win

- Arsenal's Granit Xhaka opened scores for Arsenal in the 25th minute of the EPLclash against Fulham

- Alexandre Lacazette netted the Gunners second of the game before Aboubakar Kamara pulled one back for the Cottagers

- Aaron Ramsey and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the third and fourth goals in the last 10 minutes to end scores at 4-1

Arsenal returned to winning ways with a hard-fought 4-1 win over Fulham at the Emirates Stadium on New Year's Day.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored on the 83rd minute goal along with three other goals from Aaron Ramsey, Granit Xhaka and Alexandre Lacazette helped Arsenal see off Fulham despite a consolation goal Aboubakar Kamara.

The encounter saw Arsenal eager to wipe away last Saturday’s 5-1 bashing by Liverpool at Anfield.

After 25 minutes of action, Xhaka opened scores foe the home side to hand Arsenal the lead.

Despite other clear cut chances from both teams none were able to score any other goal heading into the break.

In the second stanza, Arsenal continued to be the better side on the day as Frenchman Alexandre Lacazette increased the advantage, 10 minutes after the restart.

But on the 69th minute Aboubakar Kamara pulled one goal back for the Cottagers to keep scores at Arsenal 2-1 Fulham.

In the 79th minute Ramsey restored Arsenal two-goal advantage before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang added the fourth in the 83rd minute to take the game beyond Fulham.

The Gabonese star has now scored 24th goal in 34 league outings for Arsenal

And the performance that saw the Unai Emery side claim all maximum point to remain 5th in the Premier League log at the blast of the final whistle.
