Ghanaian artistes Kuami Eugene and Kidi have reacted to the prophecy pronounced on them by Prophet Nigel Gaisie.
Yesterday YEN.com.gh published a story about a video circulating on social media involving Prophet Nigel Gaisie predicting doom for Kidi, Kuami Eugene and Kwesi Arthur.
In the video, Prophet Gaisie who was preaching during the 31st Watch-night Service told his congregation that God directed him to tell Kidi, Kuami Eugene and Kwesi Arthur that 2019 is not a good year for them.
Many have chastised the controversial preacher for such negative pronouncement on the three young artistes who are currently making waves in Ghana.
YEN.com.gh has sighted an interview that Kuami Eugene and Kidi granted Joy News about the said prophecy of doom on their life.
In response, the Lynx Entertainment artistes expressed their disappointment at the preacher for such negative pronouncement.
"If he was able to mention our names and tell everyone that this is a bad year for us, he could have said someone should call those boys Kidi, Kuami Eugene and Kwesi Arthur for me," Kuami Eugene said.
The 'Angela' hitmaker continued to note that "As big as he is, I'm sure me Kuami Eugene I will run to his feet and say I need prayers for what you just said."
"I don't want anything bad to happen to me because I went to church and I prayed to God to shower his favor upon me and I'm hearing this" he added.
Kidi on the other hand noted that such pronouncement often turn to have psychological effects on people but he is strong and will not be afraid of anything since God is on his side.
Meanwhile the award-winning artistes said they will not consult Prophet Nigel Gaisie for any prayers or whatsoever.
