The head of communications at Zylofon Music and the representative of Zylofon artistes, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, has opened up about challenges facing both companies.
In an interview with Dr. Cann on Happy FM, he stated that it explains the reason behind Zylofon’s inability to support artistes like it used to.
‘Zylofon and its brother company Menzgold, are in crisis, so we have not been able to support our artistes like we used to.

So as an artiste that a record label has helped, you should be grateful to the label in times like this,” he stressed.
His comment follows remarks from an unnamed musician to the effect that the label failed to finance the production of her song.
For that reason, it is alleged that the musician failed to mention the label in her current release, as a result of its action.
Zylofon Media was in the news for various reasons in the year 2018, due to the actions and inactions of key people in the company.

Sarkodie also came out to dispel rumours that he had joined the label, and reports of Bulldog’s exit from the company also sparked debates.
