Rev Obofour visits Chief Imam in the wake of doom prophecies about Muslim leader

The General Overseer of the Anointed Palace Chapel, popularly known as Rev. Obofour has paid a courtesy visit to the National Chief Imam of Ghana. The visit is thought to be a diplomatic attempt to strengthen the bond between Christians and Muslims in the country.

The National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu reportedly received Obofour warmly. The Christian leader was accompanied by his junior pastors.

Earlier this week, a group of irate youths waged an attack on the church of Rev. Owusu Bempah for his death prophecy on the Chief Imam.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that officials from the National Security have picked up Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah for his own safety.

The action was taken after the Owusu Bempah-led Glorious Word and Power Ministry was attacked by some people a few days ago.

The attack followed a prophecy from the man of the God to the effect that the Chief Imam, Dr. Sheikh Nuhu Sharabutu, will die in the year 2019.
