A former employee of Tiger Eye PI has run to the police for protection after he received death threats.

YEN.com.gh understands that the man, whose identity is yet to be revealed by the police, claims that his former colleagues have threatened to put a bullet in his head for betraying them.

He has therefore officially reported the threat to the Tesano Police station where he wrote a statement and has been given protection ever since.

According to him, he left Tiger Eye PI in December 2017, following a fallout from a ‘Dubai Operation’ in which Anas Aremeyaw Anas abandoned him, after working for him since 2012.

According to a report by Mynewsgh.com, police officials disclosed that the man claims he was very close to the late Ahmed Hussein-Suale.

He however added he is ready to cooperate with the police, provided he and his family will be protected. He is currently being housed in an unknown location as investigations continue.

Information available suggests that Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, former president of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi and Anas were invited for questioning by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service (GPS).

Agyapong has promised to fully cooperate with investigators to unravel the murder as he claims he knows nothing about the murder.

The former Tiger Eye PI staff contacted Kennedy Agyapong when news of Ahmed Suale’s murder broke.

When asked by Tesano police as to why he chose to go to the MP instead of police when he had information about his life and the murder, he said he feared the police may be working in the interest of his former boss, Anas, and would compromise him.

The deceased, Ahmed Hussein-Suale was killed by two assassins as he left his family house ostensibly to go take care of his sick child on Wednesday, January 16, 2019.
