The Member of Parliament for Sekondi constituency, Andrew Kofi Agyapa Mercer, has disclosed that police have identified the killers of the undercover journalist Ahmed Hussien-Suale.
According to him, the police are making headways in their investigation and will soon be out with their findings.
He urged the public to desist from pointing accusing fingers when the police has not concluded investigations.

“Even the people who committed the crime have been identified and I’m more than definite that the police will get to the bottom of the matter” he opined,” Mr. Agyapa Mercer told Accra-based Adom FM.
The lawmaker further described calls by the Minority for Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong, to be arrested, as premature.
He said some of the persons invited by the Police declined, with the excuse that they were outside the country.
“Some people told the police they had travelled when in fact they were in Ghana. Do you think the police are joking?” the Sekondi MP added.
Ahmed, who is a member of Anas’ Tiger Eye PI team, was found dead in his car on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 after he was shot by unknown assailants while driving.
He was reportedly shot three times, twice in the chest and another in the neck by gunmen on motorbike around Madina.
Meanwhile, the police has confirmed interrogating Kennedy Agyapong and former GFA president Kwesi Nyantakyi, over the said murder.
