Chinese man holds cash firmly after near fatal accident (Video)

YEN.com.gh has sighted a video of a Chinese national who was reportedly involved in a near fatal accident in Tarkwa.

In the video, the man was spotted tightly holding on to a white polyethene bag with contents believed to be a large sum of money.

Attempts by the rescuers to get hold of the money for safe-keeping proved futile because he held on tightly to it until he was transferred into a different vehicle.

From the video it could be heard that people were insulting the Chinese national for insisting to hold on to his bag of money despite the accident.

Social media users however had something to say to the injured Chinese man who would rather protect the money than his life.

Nana Aba believes the police wouldn’t have given the same help if it was a Ghanaian who was in the same situation.

Shezilas says he should be given the opportunity to protect his money while he still can.

Latif says the man was right to guard his money since he probably knew what Ghanaians were like.

Rene says the money was quite aware of the fact that those purporting to help him might probably be targeting his cash

Ekow-Dadzie said the man was lucky the accident happened in a good place or else he would have not lived to protect his money.

Rexy believes Ghanaians are kind-hearted and good people.
