Two AC Milan stars Suso and Jose Mauri have aimed a dig at their former teammate Gonzalo Higuain after his recent to Premier League side Chelsea this month.

The 31-year-old joined the Blues on a short term loan deal from the Serie A side in January as the Stamford Bridge side hope to solve their scoring problems.

Since the duo of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud have failed to impress new coach Maurizio Sarri following his arrival last summer.

Higuain scored just eight goals in 22 appearances in all competitions for Milan in the first half of the season.

Metro however reported that both Suso and Mauri mocked the former Real Madrid star of being overweight during his short spell at the San Siro earlier this campaign.

Meanwhile, Suso commenting on Higuain's photo in Chelsea training gear said that: "They could give you bigger trousers."

Mauri on his own part added that: "They [Chelsea] spent all money on you [Higuain], so they have no more XXL size."

Also the Serie A club supporters have equated the Argentine to a peanut butter brand to express their displeasure about him.

With less words and more emojis, the fans mocked the striker who appears big in his new home in the Premier League using the #HiguainIsBReady.

However, he was unable to make his debut against Tottenham on Thursday evening due to their failure to register him in time for the clash.

But the 31-year-old could make his first appearance for Chelsea in their FA Cup tie against Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Gonzalo Higuain has spoken for the first time since sealing his loan move to Chelsea from Juventus this month.

The 31-year-old joined the Premier League side on a short term loan deal until the end of this season.

Speaking on his move to the Premier League, Higuain revealed told the club's official website he was relishing the opportunity of working under Chelsea boss, Maurizio Sarri, once more.
