Ghanaians react to concerns raised by MP about poor roads at Teshie

Ghanaians have angrily reacted to concerns expressed by the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ledzokuku, with regard to the poor road network at Teshie.

According to a citifmonline report, the MP, Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye, claimed that the people are upset, and as such he may not be in the position to restrain them any longer.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Dr. Boye had claimed the people of Teshie could do worse things, compared to the incident at Adentan in November 2018, when a student of West African Senior High School, Mariam, lost her life and was laid to rest.

This did not go down with some Ghanaians, who took to social media to react to his statements:

Danny argued that the MP needs to understand how the government works.

Ablorh cautioned him to find out if he would be retained or not.

Adams added that he is one of the MPs who would not go beyond their first term.

Fiamawle wondered why he was daring his own government.

To Nusetor, the MP's remarks were simply nonsense.

And Senaya added that the MP is one of the several liars in Ghana.
