The two were said to have removed ten air-conditioners from various parts of the office building located at East Legon.

Nana Antwi, however, declined to reveal the identities of the suspects, saying that the incident is still under investigation.

Meanwhile the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), has stated that it will continue to protect assets of troubled Menzgold Ghana Limited.

It explained that the office was mandated by law to preserve the assets of the company and its affiliates.

In relation to the state agency's action to combat the Menzgold crisis, EOCO has received a court order to confiscate all properties belonging to Nana Appiah Mensah.

Since then, officers of EOCO have been going round taking over all properties belonging to the embattled CEO of Menzgold, Zylofon Media among other companies.

The EOCO has however directed that all persons in possession of a property or properties belonging to NAM 1 should report to the EOCO.

EOCO also noted that even though they are confiscating properties of NAM 1, it does not mean that their office is responsible for refunding locked up investments.

Irrespective of this, the office assured that their actions are geared towards solving the bigger issue of settling the Menzgold crisis amicably.
