The public relations officer of Zylofon Music, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, has refuted claims that he and Bulldog were falsifying documents of Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Menzgold Company Limited.
He and Bulldog were said to be picked up by the police to be questioned over alleged information that they were registering some assets of Mensah, also called NAM1, in their names.
Arnold reportedly told the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) that he and the artistes manager of the company, Hanson Nana Asiamah, popularly known as Bulldog, were not falsifying any documents, and that those reports were unfounded.
“We are at EOCO for questioning to help with the investigation. Nobody is trying to change documents. First, I don’t have the time. Second, I don’t know any so-called properties,” Arnold stressed.
The duo are currently assisting with investigations on the matter.
EOCO also directed all persons whether employee, family, friend, associate, who have any property belonging to NAM1, to return it in their own interested.
NAM1 had been declared wanted by the INTERPOL following charges of defrauding under false pretenses.
He is currently facing trial in Dubai where he was arrested for defrauding an individual in that country.
YEN.com.gh had earlier published reports of the tall list of companies owned by NAM1.
We also published how he lived in a single room before his sudden rise to fame and riches.
