The Egypt international has found the back of the net three times in four top-flight appearances for the Reds in January.

The current Premier League top scorer is also leading the pack for another Golden Boot award this season with 16 goals this season ahead of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sergio Aguero who both have 15.

The 27-year-old will be looking to add to his goal-tally when Jurgen Klopp's side take on West Ham at the London Stadium on Monday, February 4.

The lead at the top has been reduced to two points following Manchester City's 3-1 win over Arsenal at the Emirates.

But a win for the Merseyside club will restore the lead back to five points as the Anfield giants are firmly in contention for their first Premier League title since 1990.
