Ras Mubarak's ex-wife describes NDC MPs who shamed Maa Lydia as wife-beaters

Rasheeda Adams, an ex-wife of Ras Mubarak, the Kumbungu Member of Parliament (MP), has slammed Parliament's Minority as a group that includes wife beaters and corrupt men.

Adams posted her sentiments on Facebook earlier on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 after the news surfaced the previous day of opposition parliamentarians referring to Lydia Seyram Alhassan as the "Bloody Widow".

Adams, who was once married to the controversial Ras Mubarak of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has however deleted her post from Facebook.

She wrote: "Somewhere among the minority in parliament there’s A Bloody thief MP, A bloody wife-beater MP, A bloody corrupt MP, A bloody incompetent MP. Shall we hold placards for you all?"
