Wendy Shay has released a video in memory of her former music colleague, Ebony Reigns, on the occasion of her one year anniversary.
In the never seen video, the two were seen having some time together in the evening, and it appears the late Ebony was getting ready for a performance.
She was later seen rocking the stage in the same attire with which she was seen with Wendy Shay.
The ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker indicated in her caption that she was supporting “her girl” Ebony.
Wendy Shay said she was grateful for the time she spent with Ebony, while describing her as a happy person to always be with.
The video also shows that the two were good friends though Wendy by then had not started music.
The video has stirred the emotions of Wendy’s fans and followers who have commented on it with many of them using crying emojis to convey their feelings.
For instance, an Instagram user, Emmanuel, described the video as “sad sad sad”:

Sherif described Ebony as irreplaceable:

Pretty said she watched Ebony performed on the day the video was shot, but never did she know that that was going to be her last performance:

Equiarh prayed that Ebony continued to rest in peace:

Her father, Starboy Kwarteng, has revealed how difficult the day is for him, while wishing he could delete February 8 from the book of time.
Ebony’s former manager, Bullet, has also released a photo of her, with some touching words in her memory one year after passing on.
