Anokye Supremo obituary out; singer to be buried March 2, 2019

YEN.com.gh has sighted the obituary of the late highlife musician, Anokye Supremo, detailing when he would be buried.

Per the information contained in the obituary, Anokye Supremo would be buried on March 2, 2019, at Atomic Energy Park in Accra.

Following the funeral ceremony, Anokye’s thanksgiving would be held at the In Him is Life church located at Lapaz, Accra.

The late highlife singer who died at age 33, left behind a daughter, Linda Anokyewaa.

He also left behind his parents, Mr. Samuel Baffoe and Maame Ama Serwaa.

Anokye, whose real name has been revealed as Emmanuel Baffoe Anokye, is sure to cause heartbreak to his parents and the entire family with his sad death.

Anokye Supremo had been sent to India for a surgery to remove a brain tumour, but he died even after the surgery had been carried out.

In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, his manager revealed that Anokye had given him his last words to Ghanaians before he was taken to the theatre.

YEN.com.gh also published the report of Anokye's body arriving in Accra.
