Ghana international football star, Asamoah Gyan, seems to be at crossroads after DNA tests proved that he is the father of all three children with his wife Gifty Gyan.
The skipper had requested for the test after declaring his intentions to annul his marriage with the wife.
In a new video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Gyan is seen singing his heart out a song which talks of how a woman disappointed his man.
The song titled ‘Abena’ by Frank Naro featuring Kofi Kinaata, revealed how Abena led the lover astray when he had expected her to give him nothing but the best.
The Black Stars Captain was driving while singing the song in a live video he recorded himself on Instagram.
Some fans have reacted to the video, with many of them wondering if the Abena in the song was referring to Gyan’s wife or his alleged girlfriend Nina Atalah, who is the reason for his marital woes.
Still, others believe Gyan was singing out of shame as if to say that he was undaunted by the pressures he is currently facing following the DNA tests results.
For instance, Instagram users, Adjoa, Berry, Funke, Ohenebaa, Celebs fashion world, and many others wrote in the Tiw language that Gyan was behaving that way out of shame:
adjoa_monroe_diamond: “Anyimguase berma.”
honeyberrysalon: “She she she shaaaaammmmmeee.”
celebs_fashion_world: “N'ani awu nehu papa.”
funkebade_7: “Animguase nani ewu.”
ohenebaadwowa: “Animuguase akwaba oooo Asamoah Gyan.”
Another user, restoration, however, said he wishes Gyan’s wife would put all that happened behind her and continue with their marriage:
restoration_2018: “I wish this girl stays in her marriage paa. It's one of those tins in marriage. She shouldn't listen to pp. I know it hurt but she should exercise patience and pray and one day one day she will hold her banner for the world to see.”
Charte also wanted to know if the song was directed to Asamoah Gyan’s wife or girlfriend:
charte_dee: “Na who is this song directed to exactly his wife or side chicks nu am confused.”
There are many other comments under the post which show that Ghanaians are not happy with Gyan.
YEN.com.gh had earlier reported how his three children were said to have snubbed him when he attempted to talk with them.
They had all gone to a health facility in Accra for samples to be taken for the DNA tests he had requested for.
The tests later proved that all the children are Gyans.
His elder brother, Baffour Gyan, has been accused of being behind all of Gyan’s marital woes, together with Nina Atalah, the lady allegedly praying to become Gyan’s wife.
