Nigel Gaisie's prophecy that Buhari will lose 2019 Nigeria elections fails woefully

The founder and leader of True Word Prophetic Fire Minister Prophet Nigel Gaisie has got himself some flak after he failed woefully with his prophecy about the 2019 elections in Nigeria.

Prophet Nigel had predicted that Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari's All Progressives Congress (APC) was going to be defeated by the opposition People's Democratic Party (PDP) led by a former vice president, Atiku Abubakar.

In an interview on Accra-based No. 1 FM sometime in May 2018, Nigel Gaisie unequivocally stated that the ruling party (APC) was going to lose abysmally.

Gaisie said: "The ruling party in Nigeria will lose abysmally. The 2018 [2019] elections they should forget it because God's hand was not over them anymore."

According to him, God had given the revelation a day before this particular interview that the opposition party was going to win next. radio

"I was lying down when God revealed to me that the opposition party in Nigeria were going to win," Nigel said.

In parts of the interview YEN.com.gh has heard, the popular 'man of God' boasted that the show host should take note of the prophecy because he was the first one to have predicted a win for PDP.

As things stand, Prophet Nigel's prophecy has failed because the final collation of the election results presented by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) indicate that Buhari beat Atiku with a huge margin of almost 4 million votes.

According to the INEC, Buhari won 15,191,847 votes while Atiku gained 11,262,978 votes, a margin of 3,928,869 votes.
