Ghanaian actress Fella Makafui is not the successful entrepreneur that she wants her followers to believe, Adom TV presenter Sister Sandy has reportedly stated.
According to Sandy, Fella was owing rent to her landlady and if things were really going on well for her as an entrepreneur, she would have paid up by now.
Fella who gained prominence after featuring in the popular YOLO TV series, has established herself as a successful entrepreneur.
The actress has several businesses, including a wine and gift shop, as well as a fashion shop, which seem to be doing very well.
Recently, Fella claimed that she was paying the salaries of 30 people every month. According to her, these people are her workers who work in her four companies.
“So far, I have employed 15 people in all my four companies. But right now, I pay the salaries of 30 people every month,” Fella said in response to a question on the number of employees she had.
But taking part in a discussion on Joy Prime TV on the lifestyle of slay queens, one of the sister stations of Adom TV, Sandy pointed out that Fella was throwing dust into the eyes of the public just like many celebrities do to their followers.
Sandy was reported by GhanaCelebrities.com to have cited the issue of how Fella was reportedly owing her landlady but keeps showing off on social media to advise Ghanaian youths never to follow the path of these social media slay queens.
Sandy's supposed exposé on Fella Makafui and advice to the youth comes just a few days after movie producer Samuel De-Graft Yeboah also advised the youth against seeing Fella as a role model.
According to De-Graft who is said to have discovered Fella, the actress' claim of being an entrepreneur was fake as she relied on sugar daddies to live and must not be followed.
