John Dumelo visits UK Parliament to listen to Theresa May's speech on Brexit (photo)

Ghanaian actor John Dumelo has described the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Theresa May as a "tough lady."

Dumelo's praise for the UK prime minister came after he witnessed May deliver a speech to members of the UK parliament.

According to Dumelo, he was invited to listen to May's speech at the House of Commons.

An obviously excited took to social media to share a photo of himself standing in front of the UK parliament.

Wearing a black leather jacket over a white and a black pair of trousers, Dumelo captioned the photo: “Had the pleasure of being invited to listen to The British Prime Minister @theresamay at the House of Commons today. She’s a tough lady!”

It is not known who exactly invited Dumelo but his post has excited fans who have praised Dumelo over the photo.

@lianemensah wanted to meet Dumelo for a picture: "Where you can you meet me in London bridge for a picture"

@myxmirranchris found inspiration in the actor: "You're my inspirational brother. Let me try to follow your path"

@oliveperry agreed with Dumelo that Theresa may is tough: "Yes she is @johndumelo1 hope you enjoy listening to the two parties giving it to each other

@pamelat.alexander described Dumelo as a good man: ". A good man with great intention for his people. I love johndumelo1."

@karenkashkane saw a president in Dumelo: "One of the first things that come to my mind when I see you is PRESIDENT!"

A well-known supporter of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dumelo is said to be nursing a political ambition.

Not long ago, he was reported to have tried to contest for the NDC's parliamentary primaries for the Ayawaso bye-election.

Though he withdrew his interest, his ambition to become a leading politician seems to still intact and this may be his way of learning the ropes in the business of politics.
