Stonebwoy nominated for Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award
Popular Ghanaian reggae dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, has been nominated for DSTV's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.
Stonebwoy, known in real life as Livingstone Etse Satekla, was nominated in the Favorite African Star category.
The 'Top Skanka' hitmaker is competing with Adesua Etomi-Wellington, IK Osakioduwa, both from Nigeria, and Kenya's Sauti Sol.

The awards ceremony which will be hosted by music mogul, DJ Khaled, promises to be the biggest, slimiest party of the year for kids.
DJ Khaled will bring his music, signature catch phrases and larger-than-life personality to the Kids’ Choice Awards stage.
Kids across the globe will have a front-row seat to the next big things in kid culture from the hottest upcoming movies, music, gaming and rising talent, while continuing to celebrate their favourites from the past year
Kids everywhere will be able to experience the show across all Nickelodeon screens and platforms, as they bring the slime and surprises kids love.

Beginning today, February 28, 2019, fans can cast votes on the official Kids’ Choice Awards website, KCA2019.com.
Fans will also be able to cast their vote through social media on Twitter using #artistname #KCA, and for the first time ever, Nickelodeon will be enabling voting on specific posts on Instagram.
It will be awesome to have Ghanaians vote for Stonebwoy so he emerges as the favorite African star.
Stonebwoy who has been thrilling Ghanaians with hit songs since 2010 is one of Ghana's top artistes.
Recently, YEN.com.gh reported that Stonebwoy responded to Tic Tac who had earlier claim that Stonebwoy and two other artistes have hijacked the music industry.
In his response to Tic's comments, Stonebwoy noted that music is seasonal so it is his time to reign.
