Jumia Ghana to partner more SMEs for growth

As a marketplace designed to connect businesses with consumers, Jumia Ghana, the e-commerce leader in Ghana has thrown its weight behind a call made by Dr Agnes Adu, the CEO of the Ghana Trade Fair Company, for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the country to consider exploring e-commerce as an avenue for growth and expansion of their businesses.

Dr Adu in an interview with Joy Business on the sidelines of the opening for the 23rd edition of the International Trade Fair Exhibition in Accra is reported to have asked SMEs to be prepared to use technology to compete with their counterparts in other jurisdictions through e-commerce.
