John Mahama celebrates wife's birthday on Independence Day

Former president, John Dramani Mahama, has shown his romantic side by wishing his wife, Lordina, a happy birthday.

The immediate past first lady is celebrating her 56th birthday on Ghana’s Independence Day, March 6.

However, as every partner loves to celebrate their sweetheart on their birthday, Mahama added his name to the growing list.

The ex-Ghanaian leader took to his official Instagram handle to celebrate his beloved wife by dropping a beautiful photo.

He captioned the photo, “Happy birthday to a great woman. You have stood faithfully by my side in the best of times and in worst of times. May God on this day shower his bountiful blessings on you!

The photo and the lovely message have caught the attention of Ghanaians as they also extended their heartwarming messages to Mrs Mahama.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh had previously reported how Mahama secured a landslide victory during the NDC presidential primaries election.

Mahama secured 95.24% of the vote, leaving six others to squabble over less than 5% in a poll that involved about 330,000 NDC delegates.
