Pope Skinny forcibly slept with me - Canadian lady confirms Shatta Wale's allegations (Audio)
The lady at the centre of rape allegations made by Shatta Wale against his former lieutenant, Pope Skinny, has confirmed to YEN.com.gh that matter did happen.
According to Melissa (not real name), Pope Skinny drugged her through a drink and forcibly slept with her while they hanging out one night.
Shatta Wale in his war of words with Pope Skinny following their fallout accused the rapper of forcibly sleeping with a woman. Many had had the rape allegations were just to tarnish Pope Skinny's image.

In an interview with YEN.com.gh, Melissa stated that she had worked on a project with Pope Skinny about four years ago but broke contact until two years ago when she reconnected with him over a new project.
It was during this time of their re-connection that Pope Skinny carried out the action against her.
Narrating what transpired, Melissa revealed that she had met Pope Skinny to talk some business and he took her to the house of Shatta Wale who was supposed to be part of the meeting but found his absence.
After waiting for some time, Skinny proposed that they should go to Michy's pub and she obliged. They waited for Shatta at the pub but he still failed to show and they subsequently left the pub for a night club.

In the night club, she took a drink and asked for them to leave after Shatta Wale failed to turn up. Though she remembers being in Pope Skinny's car, she is blacked out from what happened in the rest of the time until she woke up on Pope Skinny's bed.
According to Melissa who suspects the rapper to have drugged her by sliding something into the drink, revealed that she was woken up because Pope Skinny, after having his way with her, tried to penetrate hear rear side.
"Well, it's true. He asked me to come out and meet him and Shatta Wale so they can discuss doing a collaboration with another foreign artiste.
"I said okay, no problem. He came, he picked me up [and] we headed to Wale's house. Apparently, he told me Wale wasn't there.
"So we went to Michy's pub [and] had a couple of drinks Wale still did not show. He said we should go to a club, Wale will be there [but] he still did not show so I was like, what the hell was going on. He gave me a bottle and I told him I didn't come here to drink.
"So end of the day, long story short, I got blackout drunk. I think it wasn't because of the alcohol [but] it was because he had drugged me and I ended up passing out in his car and by the time I became conscious, I was in a room with him.
"I started fighting him at that point. I woke up because of penetration in my rear end. I started fighting and I gave him a story as to why he needs to leave me alone. I managed to start screaming and I think that scared him off.
"And then I left and when I got home, I went to the hospital and got my self checked and the same day I went to the police station and made a police report," she narrated in the interview.
