Ghana’s Isaac Dogboe has gotten the chance he is looking for after losing his world title to Mexico’s Emanuel Navarete.
YEN.com.gh can report that Dogboe will take on Navarete in a rematch billed to come off on May 11, 2019.
According to information gathered by YEN.com.gh, the said fight will be on the card of another world title clash between Miguel Berchelt and Francisco Vargas.
Per YEN.com.gh sources, the said rematch could be on American soil.
In the first fight between Dogboe and Navarete, the Ghanaian lost his WBO world super bantamweight title to the Mexican which came off on December 2, 2018.
After 12 rounds of action, Judges Don Ackerman (116-112), Allen Nace (115-113) and Tony Paolillo (116-112) all scored Navarrete the winner.

Dogboe first claimed the WBO world super bantamweight belt after dethroning the champion Jessie Magdaleno on April 28, 2018.
He made his first defence of the belt following a round one stoppage of Japan’s Hidenori Otake on August 25, 2018.
