Ghanaians support Okyeame Kwame for rubbishing French as a second language

Some section of Ghanaians have thrown their support behind rapper Okyeame Kwame for his stance against introducing French as a second language in Ghana.

According to citizens who commented on a native post YEN.com.gh published on Facebook about Okyeame Kwame's comment, French should not be introduced as a second language.

The citizens express their disappointment in the government for considering French when there are so many languages in Ghana.

They seem to agree with Okyeame Kwame that French as a second language is disrespectful to our culture.

Even though some people think otherwise, many of the comments were in support of Okyeame Kwame's stance that French should not be considered.

The announcement made by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration that government will consider French as a second language attracted different views.

While some thnk that move is not a good one for Ghana, other think French is appropriate since Ghana's neighboring countries speak French.
