Versatile Ghanaian musician Edem has stirred a controversy by revealing the names of his best rappers in Ghana.

There have always been arguments in the entertainment industry in Ghana as to who are the best rappers in the country.

Many entertainment pundits and musicians have their own list of the best rappers in Ghana due to what they have seen in them.

However, Edem who appeared on YEN TV on Thursday, March 28, 2019. in an exclusive interview, named three rappers he believed are the best rappers in Ghana now.

According to the ‘PHD’ crooner, he will always pick his best rappers based on their generations.

When quizzed to mention names, the vocal artiste picked award-winning rapper Obrafuor indicating that he was best in his generation.

Edem also mentioned the ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker, Medikal. explaining that he is on top of his game currently.

He however ended by snubbing Sarkodie for M.anifest.

Edem was in the news recently when he was hailed by his fans for his 10-year-challenge by dropping throwback photos.

The photos which were neatly arranged in a collage had Edem together with his wife in their early years, then together in their current years, and one together with their children.

The caption that came with the photo was a touching one in which Edem narrated how his wife had been good to him from the first day they met.
