MD of Liberty Industries Ventures, Francis Afotey Mensah, has revealed that his company did not convince Stonebwoy to compose his'Kpoo Keke' song.

Mr. Mensah debunked rumors that his company went to secretly convince Stonebwoy to release a song bearing the name of their flagship product 'Kpoo Keke'.

"We never convinced Stonebwoy to record his 'Kpoo Keke' song," he revealed.

He claimed Stonebwoy may have been fascinated about the progress the 'Kpoo Keke' liquor was making, a reason he used it in his song.

Asked whether the company has compensated Stonebwoy, Mr. Mensah disclosed that they have not compensated him.

He said he does not think Stonebwoy needs a compensation from them since Stonebwoy is already a big personality.

Mr. Mensah heaped praise on Stonebwoy, claiming that the 'Kpoo Keke' hitmaker is not a greedy person.

His comment follows a rumor that his company and Stonebwoy had planned before the release of Kpoo Keke.

Many people alleged that the song was composed and released to promote and increase sales of the liquor.
