The Minister of Environment, Science ,Technology and Innovation Prof. Kwabena Frimpong Boateng has noted only 3000 Ghanaians out of the over thirty million population can change the country if they decide to do so.
According to him, Ghana needs only few sizable number of the Population to be upright to change the fortunes of the country.
He said we had a big problem as a a nation and this problem did not require a lot of people to resolve it.

“We have big population but we are not developed. In actual fact, we don’t need too many people to make a difference in Ghana .We know that in any human population if you have 0.0001% of the people who will think and work honestly to the entire population that country will make a headway.
It means that if we have about 3000 Ghanaians who will wake up every morning to say that God thank you for given me life what can I do today to make Ghana a better Place and they do that without service considerations, this country will change,” he said.
