Shatta Wale, Ghana's self-proclaimed dancehall king, is putting up a mini-estate in the Ashanti regional capital of Kumasi, YEN.com.gh can report.
The mini estate comprises of about five ultra-modern one-storey houses sitting adjacent to each other.
The dancehall stalwart who recently inspected the project while visiting Kumasi with some friends posted a video from the site.
From the video shared on Instagram and sighted by YEN.com.gh, the building could be said to be over 70 per cent complete minus furnishing.
Though Shatta Wale did not say much about the buildings in his Instagram post, a check on his Snapchat revealed that the buildings were his and he was expecting to open the mini estate soon.
In the videos on Snapchat, Shatta Wale was seen driving to the site with his squad for the inspection and he confirmed the building was his new thing in Kumasi.
After landing at the place, the workers at the site who did not know they were working for Shatta Wale got elated and started chanting his name.
Clearly, Shatta Wale may be a braggart and a very controversial character but he seems to be doing well for himself.
