Medikal spends GHC112, 500 on customized MDK jewellery

Popular Ghanaian rapper Medikal has spent a whooping GHC112, 500 as he purchased a customized necklace in the US.

In an exclusive video available to YEN.com.gh, Medikal was seen at the popular Ice Box shop as customized 'MDK' flashy necklaces were designed and presented to him.

In the video, the receipt of the purchases were captured which revealed that the ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker blew a whooping GHC112, 500 on the flashy jewellery.

Medikal who was in company of his friends took pictures with the Ice Box Shop staff who served them after the packages were delivered to them.

He had been in the US for barely three days but Medikal revealed through his Instagram stories that he was actually spending a lot of cash on shopping there.

Since he landed in US, Medikal has been seen in different videos flaunting huge dollar bills as well as shopping in top stores in Atlanta, Georgia.

The rapper is in the States to play a concert in New York dubbed ‘Afrobeats to the World’ on Saturday, April 6, 2019.

Medikal together with other top African artistes will thrill fans to the best of their hit music in New York at the much anticipated show.

Meanwhile, Medikal is currently tipped by many music lovers to emerge as winner of the 'Rapper of the Year' category at the upcoming VGMAs.

Medikal is battling with M.anifest, Sarkodie, Teephlow and Obibini in the 'Rapper of the Year' category.

Due to songs like ‘Omo Ada’, ‘Wrowroho’, ‘How Much’, ‘Ayekoo’ among others which made a lot of waves in the year of review, Medikal has been tipped to come top of the other contenders.

He bagged three other nominations for 'Hiplife/Hiphop Artiste of the Year', 'Hiplife Song of the Year' and 'Hiphop Song of the Year.'
