Ghanaian musician and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, better known as A-Plus, has disclosed that he has created more jobs than the Akufo-Addo-led government.
Taking to Facebook, he explained that some people benefit from his messages on social media.
According to him, supporters of the government criticize his posts on social media, screenshot their replies and send them to their paymasters for GHC 10 each.
For that reason, he went on, he deserves to be hailed, as he has provided a means of income to some people.
A-Plus’ comments follow attacks on him by some people alleged to be members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The basis of their attacks, YEN.com.gh understands, is centered around doubts expressed about his commitment to the political party.
He was recently quoted as describing 90% of NPP members as stupid, a statement that was reportedly fuelled by intolerance of diverging views.
