Sarkodie denies being NPP as he complains about the system

Popular Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has expressed his disappointment in the failure of government and the entire Ghanaian system.

According to the ‘Gboza’ hitmaker, he is tired of ranting and complaining about the many failures that have engulfed the country.

In a tweet, Sarkodie denied being a supporter of the NPP government as he expressed his frustration over the system and its problems.

Sarkodie noted that he is not talking about the system because he is tired of complaining about the same things that do not seem to be changing.

“People keep asking? Sark why you not talking about the economy? You are NPP right. No!!! I’m not but sometimes it gets frustrating repeating same things you say but I have a better route to go about it,” he wrote.

Twitter users on reading the tweet reacted:

Meanwhile Sarkodie is regarded by many as a sympathizer of the NPP due to some of his time spent with President Akufo-Addo.

However, Sarkodie has refuted the popular claim that he is NPP as he noted in his tweet.

YEN.com.gh cannot tell if it was for the same reason that Sarkodie tweeted days ago that he had given up.

Even though the rapper did not explain the reason why he had given up, it may have been for such reasons.
