Afia Schwar changes birth name and takes nickname as official name
Self-proclaiming queen of comedy GH, Afia Schwar has officially changed her original name and has taken on her nickname as her official name.
According to Afia Schwar, she has officially changed her birth name to her nickname that most people call her with.
In an Instagram post, the controversial TV host revealed a document detailing the official change of name.

By birth, Afia Schwar was known as Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa but now she has officially changed her name to Queen Afia Schwarzenegger.
"Dear Schwaralewas, with the consent of my parents and my fiance, I am Officially Queen Afia Schwarzenegger," he wrote.
"All documents bearing my old name Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa is still valid.From this day you can only address me with the name...QUEEN AFIA SCHWARZENEGGER. To God be all the glory," she added.

Fans of Afia Schwar on social media seems excited about the name change that their idol has effected.
The name Afia Schwarzenegger came about after Afia played the main character in a comedy series titled 'Afia Schwarzenegger.'
Few years after the series got popular, Afia and producer Delay had a problem and went their separate ways.
After the series off air, Afia continued to use the name Afia Schwarzenegger as she went into radio and TV presenting.
The name which have become a household name in Ghana may have triggered Afia to go and change her original name.
