Talk to most observers of social and political scenes and they will tell you that it is a man's world even though there are certain women with so much money enough to match a small country's GDP.
It is an easily verifiable truth that there are more powerful and wealthier men in the world but women are no slouches either.
There are very rich women who have either worked their way to the top or just the ones who were heiresses to so much fortune that they could literally not spend everything until death.
There is also the class of wealthy women who just married the right men.
In fairness, all rich people, men and women, are more similar than different. Wealth in itself is not gender-based although the distribution of wealth is dependent on the opportunities people have in society, and men tend to have more opportunities than women.
