Owners of popular liquor Kpoo Keke has expressed their regret for sponsoring Ebony's one-year-anniversary concert.
CEO of Liberty Industries Ventures, Afotey Mensah, has disclosed that his company has regretted sponsoring Ebony's one-year-anniversary concert.
According to Afotey Mensah, the organizers of the concert failed abysmally in making the event a successful one.
In an interview with ZionFelix, Afotey Mensah lamented how his company did not yield profits after sponsoring the Ebony anniversary concert.
Afotey Mensah told ZionFelix that organizers of the show seemed to have squandered the funds meant for the concert.
He added that organizers took money from his company but failed to undertake intensive publicity prior to the concert.
Afotey Mensah admitted that his outfit was skeptical when contacted to sponsor the much-anticipated concert.
He said they later agreed to sponsor the concert upon assurance from organizers of the show.
The man behind Ghana's most popular liquor of the moment however expressed disappointment as he said organizers of the concert did not go according to the assurances given them.
He revealed how Rufftown Records and Starboy Records lied to them and failed to spend funds given them to publicize the concert.
Afotey Mensah noted that his outfit did not know about the fallouts until the main concert day when people did not show up at the concert.
He disclosed that the much anticipated concert failed to live up to expectation as only few patrons graced the event.

The failure of the Ebony one-year-anniversary concert was in the public domain a day after the concert.
The concert which was held at the forecourt of the West Hills Mall saw very few music lovers attending.
Meanwhile the main parties involved in organizing the concert reportedly engaged in a brawl prior to the concert.
Former manager of Ebony, Bullet and Ebony's father, Mr. Opoku Kwarteng were at loggerheads until they made peace before the show.
However, Afotey Mensah revealed that they have contacted organizers of the concert for a refund of cash given them for publicity.
He said if the refund is not done in the stipulated time, his outfit will go ahead to sue the organizers.
