Abdul Rashid Meizango, who was arrested by the police with regard to the murder of Ahmed Hussein-Suale, has been granted bail.
Police officials revealed that after being placed in custody, it emerged that Meizango was not identified by the family of the deceased as the same person who was close to the murder scene soon before Suale lost his life.
He was, per a report by Mynewsgh.com, said to be at the scene of the confusion at a pub in Kotobabi, when there were attempts to arrest someone they claimed was a suspect.

The police have however seized his mobile phone for analysis in order to facilitate their investigations.
The 29-year-old graduate of the Islamic University College, Ghana, it is gathered, is the same person said to have been released by the Kotobabi police after bribes were paid.
An executive of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Boafo, also known as Abronye DC, made the allegation.
