Controversial former HIV/AIDS ambassador, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah, has announced that she would vote for NPP in the 2020 elections.
YEN.com.gh has seen a video of Dzidzor Mensah explaining in details why she does not want to have anything doing with the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
She revealed that she would vote for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the coming 2020 elections.
“Considering what I have been through and how my life is going at the moment, in 2020, I will vote for Nana Akufo-Addo of the NPP,” YEN.com.gh heared Dzidzor say in the Akan language.
She indicated that life is better for her under the NPP than the NDC, for which reason she would opt for the NPP.
The former AIDS ambassador was a staunch NDC member and previously a good friend of former president Mahama.
But now, there is bad blood between them as Dzidzor kept levelling various allegations against Mahama and his wife.
In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, she claimed that Mahama used and dumped her.
She added that the former president and his wife used her in making millions of dollars for themselves and later left her to her fate.
According to Dzidzor, Mahama fired her as an ambassador and gave the position to his wife when she did not have AIDS.
Dzidzor had also been in the news for saying that two powerful NDC men slept with her without pay.
She revealed that one of them is a Norther who held a high position when the NDC was in power, while the other was just a minister.
